The Toliman story
Toliman Developments Ltd started work on it’s first project in 2016. Our aim is to develop high quality bespoke houses for the discerning homeowner. Our houses are covered by a 10-year structural warranty.
40 years of experience
In addition to this there is a two-year snagging period. Forty years’ experience of the construction industry in contracting and property development has made us aware that customer satisfaction should be at the heart of everything we do.
For the first twelve months we contact the new owners on a quarterly basis to ensure that any snags are dealt with promptly. Experience shows that any issues normally arise within this period, however we will undertake to address any snagging issues promptly when informed by the owner during the second year.
